I missed my float last week. I could feel it.

I wasn't sleeping through the night, felt more anxious and irritable, and just didn't feel as grounded.

So today, I made time for myself and got back in the float room.

I did a 90-minute float, which I'm really glad I chose. It took me a little longer than usual to settle in, but once I did, I got the rest I had been needing.

I walked out feeling calmer, more grounded, and noticeably less anxious and irritable.

And somewhere along the way, something else happened: my mind got quiet enough to see a situation I'd been overthinking all week from a completely different perspective.

Funny what a little space can do.
