Hypnagogia, the state between wakefulness and sleep, is greatly altered by the perception of light. Proeckl and psychologist Engelburt Winkler from Austria, the Lucia N3 combines a steady light which varies in intensity, and a stroboscopic light, which varies in speed and intensity. Individuals experience extraordinary visions of color and form, which are uniquely created by their brains. Many witnesses describe their time in the light as a type of out-of-body experience (OBE). The stimulation of the lights alters the person’s theta brain waves, raising them to the same level that is achieved after decades of meditation practice. A deep state of relaxation is induced that persists after the experience ends. The transcendental experiences induce a state of relaxed but intense focus, generated by stimulation of the pineal gland. Not for a conference, but for a Convergence.

A place for Light Guides, facilitators, practitioners, owners, and those newly arriving to gather through shared experience, practice, and community.

This year in Tulsa, hosted by Debra and her team at the light moved through many forms: Lucia N°03 experiences, sound therapy, breathwork, cacao, drumming, sacred site journeys, presentations, and conversations about the future of this work.

But the most powerful part was the field created together.

Each person holding their own light.
Each person bringing their own path.
Each person adding to the coherence of the whole.

For 8 months, my nervous system couldn’t find safety.

After my father passed, I wasn’t just “stressed.” I was dissociated, out of body, and unable to sleep in a way I couldn’t fully explain at the time.

I had tried things that helped me relax, but relaxation alone wasn’t enough.

Then I experienced the Lucia N°03.

What shifted wasn’t just a moment of calm.

My system started to regulate. Sleep came back. Joy came back. A sense of safety came back.
