📣 Quick clarification for SeaBreeze Health patients & followers!

I recently became aware that there is another healthcare practice in a different area of Florida with a very similar name to SeaBreeze Health Direct Primary Care. We are not affiliated with that practice.

Unfortunately, I believe at least a couple of patients who intended to enroll with my practice may have accidentally registered with the other office.

If you believe you enrolled with SeaBreeze Health but have not received communication from me personally after your enrollment, please reach out to me directly so I can make sure you are registered with the correct practice.

And if you recently registered somewhere with a similar name and aren’t sure whether it was us, please don’t hesitate to double-check with me!

🏡 Bringing Back the House Call!

Remember when your family doctor actually knew your family — and sometimes even came to your home?

At SeaBreeze Health DPC, I’m bringing a little of that “old-school doctor” feel back to modern medicine.

🌿 Home visits are available for established members when appropriate.

And one group I especially want to support? New moms. 🤍

Those first weeks postpartum can be exhausting. You’re recovering, adjusting to life with a newborn, running on very little sleep — and the last thing you may want to do is pack the diaper bag, load up the baby, and sit in a waiting room just because you need medical care.

Sometimes, the doctor should come to you!

Home visits may also be a great option for:

• New moms and postpartum patients
• Older adults or patients with limited mobility
• Patients recovering from surgery or hospitalization
• Patients who are homebound or have transportation difficulties
• Parents juggling multiple young children
• Patients who are sick and would benefit from being evaluated at home
• Anyone whose medical situation makes getting into the office especially difficult

Depending on your needs, a home visit may include an exam, vital signs, medication review, evaluation of an acute concern, follow-up care, and determining whether additional testing or a higher level of care is needed.

I am excited to share that Seabreeze Health is officially seeing patients through telehealth while we put the finishing touches on our office renovations!

If you need care for an illness, medication refill, lab review, or have a health concern you'd like to discuss, I am happy to care for you from the comfort of your home.

To provide personalized, accessible care that makes Direct Primary Care different, I intentionally keep my patient panel small. This allows me to offer longer appointments, direct access to your physician, and a relationship-centered approach to your care. Enrollment is currently open, but availability will be limited as the practice grows.
