Almost 7 years… and today, something very special happened. 🇵🇭❤️

For the very first time since beginning my healing work here in Arizona, I welcomed a fellow Filipina into my healing space.

This touched my heart deeply. I come from a culture where faith and religion are deeply rooted in our families and traditions. So to have a fellow Filipina listen to her heart, follow her curiosity, and allow herself to experience a different kind of spiritual practice felt incredibly meaningful to me. 🙏🏽✨

It felt like a beautiful bridge between my Filipino roots and the spiritual path I have chosen.

And a special thank you to Naj who connected us. ❤️ It means so much when someone trusts my work enough to recommend me to someone they care about. 🙏🏽

And to my beautiful Arizona community, I’m back! ☀️🌵❤️ But only for a little while.

I leave for Peru on September 15th to deepen my work within the Andean tradition.

If your heart has been nudging you to reconnect, explore, or simply experience something different… my door is open. ❤️

So today, we’re coming back to something simple, powerful, and always available to us- our breath.

When life feels overwhelming, pause. Breathe. Create a little space between what happens and how you respond.

Try this Box Breathing practice with me:
