Healing starts with community, and last Thursday, our community showed how truly strong we are when we stay connected.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Grace Women’s Center for "A Day of Healing". It was a deeply meaningful day spent honoring the neighbors we hold in our hearts, reflecting together, and looking out for one another's well-being.

We want to express our profound gratitude to our incredible community anchor partners, The Clementine Gold Group, Healthy Start, Our Mommie Village, Fidelis, Molina, and UHC, for helping us provide a safe, nurturing space for grief-safe support, maternal wellness, and family resources.

To our dedicated Care Medical teams, CESs and CEMs and to ALL OF YOU who received a health check, shared a conversation or a neighborhood meal with us—thank you for your warmth and presence.

We are so proud to be a part of the East Side. We are here to stay, and we are always here for you.
