TOX THURSDAYS are filling up, and we would love to see YOU!

We only have TWO appointments left this Thursday at 11:00 AM & 12:00 PM.

If you’ve been noticing fine lines, wrinkles, or lines caused by repeated facial expressions, Tox Thursdays may be the perfect time to come see us especially if you’ve never had tox at 88 A&W before.

She came in wanting to feel a little more confident in her profile. Her biggest concerns were her chin and jawline she wanted more definition and better proportion throughout her lower face.

We focused on creating stronger structure through the chin and jawline, giving her a more defined profile and a sharper transition from the jaw into the neck.

This patient came in concerned about the loss of volume, hydration, and softness in her lips, describing them as looking like “raisins.” She wanted a soft, refreshed result while still keeping her natural lip shape.

We focused on restoring lost volume, improving hydration, smoothing the texture, and adding beautiful definition. And yes they do look significantly fuller! She naturally has a larger smile frame, which gives us the space to restore volume while still keeping her lips balanced with the rest of her features.

There was a reason I knew I wanted to bring PicoFy to 88 Aesthetic & Wellness.

I’ve always believed that if I’m going to invest in something for my patients, it needs to be something I truly believe in something that allows me to offer more, treat more, and continue raising the level of care we provide.

A little throwback with a big story behind it.

Long before 88 Aesthetic & Wellness, the scrubs, the needles, and the passion for aesthetics… there was this sweet little face.

We thought it would be fun to take you back to where it all started and see how well our 88 family really knows us.

Have you ever treated your melasma, thought it was finally getting better… and then watched those dark patches come right back?

There’s a reason melasma can be so frustrating.

Melasma is very sensitive and can be triggered by things like heat, sun exposure, hormones, and inflammation. That means treating it isn’t simply about trying to remove pigment as aggressively as possible. In some patients, too much heat or inflammation can actually make pigmentation worse.

That’s one of the reasons I was so excited to bring PicoFy into our practice.

PicoFy uses extremely short picosecond pulses to target pigment with a strong photoacoustic effect, meaning we can break pigment into tiny particles while limiting unnecessary heat compared with longer pulse laser treatments.

And with melasma, that matters.

But I also want patients to understand this melasma is a chronic condition. There isn’t one treatment that guarantees it will never return. The goal is to treat it carefully, improve the appearance of the pigment, and have a long term plan to help manage your skin.
