Brielle brings an athletic edge to the mat, blending her background as a former Division I competitive runner with extensive experience across multiple group fitness formats. Her mat pilates classes focus heavily on precise physical cues, ensuring every participant understands the movement, the purpose, and exactly how it should feel. By the end of class, her goal is for everyone to walk out feeling proud and accomplished, both physically and mentally.

After her competitive racing years concluded, Brielle craved a community to move with, and found her home in group fitness. Today, she finds deep purpose in creating a supportive environment where others can challenge their bodies and minds, regardless of what stage in fitness or life they are in.

Outside the studio you can find her busy keeping up with her family and tackling her latest home improvement projects.

Being sore after a workout can feel like proof that you crushed it, but in reality it’s not the tell all.

DOMS (delayed-onset muscle soreness) often shows up 24–72 hours after a new or unusually intense workout, but research shows that the amount of soreness you feel is not a reliable measure of muscle growth, strength gains, or workout effectiveness.

In fact, the goal isn’t to leave every workout barely able to walk. The goal is to create enough stimulus to adapt, then give your body what it needs to recover and get stronger.

That means your fitness routine should include more than just the hard stuff:

💪 Strength & resistance training
🔥 Cardio & conditioning
🧘‍♀️ Mobility & range of motion
😴 Rest & recovery
🥗 Nutrition & hydration
…and yes, sometimes a workout that leaves you feeling better instead of completely wrecked.

Mobility and recovery aren’t extras, they’re part of the process. Your body doesn’t make progress while you’re constantly pushing it harder. It makes progress when you train, recover, adapt, and come back ready to do it again.

So next time you finish a workout and you’re not sore? Don’t assume it didn’t work.

Sore isn’t the goal. Stronger, healthier, and more capable is. 🤍

👋🏼 Hey ladies, your body needs resistance training.

Lifting weights helps preserve muscle as well age(we start to lose muscle mass as early as 30), increase bone density, improve insulin sensitivity, support a healthy metabolism, and reduce the risk of injury as we get older. For women especially, it’s one of the most powerful things we can do to support our long term health.

Forget the myth that lifting makes women “bulky.” The reality? It helps us become stronger, more capable, and more confident.

Because the goal isn’t to be smaller.
The goal is to be stronger.

To move well.
To age well.
To feel empowered in your own body.
Your 80 year old self will thank you. 🤍
