Now booking for September & October! šŸ’–

My summer adventures in Japan & Texas are coming to an end, which means I’m heading home to Maine soon & back to one of my favorite places: the treatment room. šŸ’•

Whether you’re navigating fertility or IVF, postpartum, moving through pregnancy loss or grief, feeling depleted, out of rhythm in your body, or craving support as you find your way back to feeling like you again, the work I do is here to support you!

Through Ayurveda bodywork, herbs, Reiki, nature healing and a whole lot of individualized care your body gets to be met exactly where she is with tender, understanding support.

My September and October books are officially open, and I cannot wait to get my hands warm and oily again with my assistants Natalie and Sam | Intuition Development + Past Life Healing šŸ˜‚šŸ’—

If your body has been whispering (or loudly yelling) that it’s time for some care, start with a consultation and we’ll figure out what kind of support makes the most sense for you.

One of the biggest misconceptions about Ayurveda is that becoming an Ayurvedic Practitioner means reading a few books, learning about herbs, and calling it a day.

In reality, my journey was four years of studying the classical Ayurvedic texts, taking Sanskrit language classes, followed by an internship in an Ayurvedic hospital in India where those teachings came alive through caring for real patients.

Graduation simply marked the beginning of a lifelong commitment to this work.

That’s one of the things I love most about Ayurveda. The deeper you go, the more there is to discover.

Which is why every year, I continue to deepen my education because Ayurveda has a way of revealing another layer every time you revisit it. šŸ’• It’s a science with thousands of years of wisdom, and spending a lifetime learning from it feels like a privilege.

I hope every page I’ve studied, every teacher I’ve learned from, and every lesson I’ve gathered allows me to care for the women who trust me with a little more presence, understanding, and depth.

šŸ’— And somehow, I still feel like I’m only scratching the surface.

For so many women there comes a moment where the brave face starts to crack. Where the weight of holding it all together finally becomes heavier than the fear of letting someone see that you are struggling.

That moment is not a breakdown.

In Ayurveda it’s actually the body’s intelligence rising to the surface.

You were never meant to push through all of this alone. Healing was never supposed to look like white knuckling your way to the other side.

It was always meant to be slower than that.

And here is what I want you to know. The moment your brave face cracks is not the moment you have failed. It’s the moment you finally have permission to be human. To rest. To receive. To let something ancient and wise and deeply loving hold you for a while.

You’ve been so strong for so long and that strength is real and it matters. And you are also allowed to put it down now.

You are allowed to be tended to. You are allowed to heal in the softest, most nourishing way possible without having to earn it or explain it to anyone.

Whenever you are ready, I am here. And I would be truly honored to walk alongside you. šŸ’— Link in bio to explore services

Grief moves at its own tender pace and it answers to no one. It doesn’t follow a calendar or even respond to the expectations of the people around you who love you but may not fully understand what you’re still carrying.

ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹Your body is still holding this and she will keep holding it until she is actually supported through it, not pushed past it, not rushed through it, but gently and lovingly tended to in her own time.

In Ayurveda grief is called Shoka, a force that moves through the entire being when something beloved is lost. šŸ˜ž

When Shoka is given warmth, presence and patience rather than pressure, it begins to move. Slowly. Tenderly. In its own sacred time.

And sometimes the most healing thing you can do has nothing to do with anything…. Sometimes it’s just sitting outside to watch the sun go down. Going for a walk with no destination. Swimming in a lake with no timeline. Letting yourself be still without an agenda for once. These are not small things!

In Ayurveda this is part of the medicine I would recommend to my clients. They’re how you begin to bring yourself slowly back online when the weight of grief has taken you offline.

You’re allowed to heal slowly.
You’re allowed to tend to yourself gently.
You’re allowed to take up exactly as much time as your body needs without apologizing to a single soul for it.

When you are ready for deeper support, I’m here. Link in bio to explore how we can walk this road together. šŸ’—

Y’all, warm oil changed my life and I genuinely believe it can change yours too.✨
Abhyanga is the ancient Ayurvedic practice of warm oil on the skin with intentional touch. In Sanskrit the word for oil and the word for love are the same root word. Sneha. Which means to oil is to love!

Here is how you can experience itšŸ‘‡

1. Daily at home
Even ten minutes of warm oil daily has been shown to reduce cortisol, lower heart rate and shift your body out of fight or flight and into actual rest.

2. Weekly at home
Too busy for daily? Weekly still counts. The rhythmic strokes stimulate lymphatic flow, improve circulation and start moving what stress and grief have left stuck in your tissues.

3. Single Practitioner session with me
Come be held by the oil and the kind of presence that gives your body full permission to receive. When we’re held in a supportive healing space the nervous system releases in ways it may not be able to do working alone.

4. Traditional 4-hand Abhyanga
Two people, four hands moving in complete synchronization from head to toe. This traditional bodywork catches the mind off its guard through movement to that offers you a gentle place to land.

This practice has been holding people for 5,000 years & it’s ready to hold you too. 🄰
Whether you start at home or book a session with me, your body will thank you for saying yes to her.

You’re invited🌲 Friday July 17th join us for a Community Sound Bath at the beautiful East Pine Gardens in Windham!

There’s something that happens when you walk into a space that is already alive with nature’s intelligence and combine it with the healing power of sound! Your shoulders drop, your breath deepens and that something in you that has been bracing for the next hard thing finally starts to wiggle itself loose.

We’ll gather on our mats surrounded by living flowers, plants and trees, close our eyes, and let the sound do what sound does best… Reach into the places words cannot✨

Before you reach for another iced coffee, your body is craving something entirely different to cool you down!

You might only know know aloe for soothing a sunburn, but Ayurveda teaches us it’s also one of nature’s most cooling plants! 🌱It helps calm excess heat from the inside out, making it especially supportive during long, hot days.

Here’s my favorite summer mocktail:

🌺 1 cup aloe vera juice
🌺 1 cup cooled hibiscus tea
🄄 2 cups coconut water
ā¤ļø ½ cup pomegranate juice

Mix together, keep in fridge until you’re ready to enjoy it!

Being hot sucks, but every ingredient in this recipe is chosen with intention because Aloe vera, hibiscus, coconut water, and pomegranate are all naturally cooling.

Delicious & supportive to the body? Win Win!šŸ’•

Save this recipe for the next time summer has you feeling hot, bothered, or completely drained. Your body will thank you. šŸ’—

One of the greatest gifts Ayurveda has given me is the understanding that we are whole beings. Our physical body, emotional body, energetic body, and spiritual body are not separate parts to be treated individually. They are constantly communicating with one another, each influencing the health of the whole.

It’s why a client may come to me seeking support for painful cycles, fertility, digestion, or burnout, and suddenly find herself crying on the treatment table.šŸ’§

Those tears are never something to apologize for.

More often than not, they’re the body’s way of saying, ā€œI finally feel safe enough to let this go.ā€

Before every session, I spend time preparing the space with intention. Then through the combination of Warm herbal oils, nourishing bodywork, intentions and quiet presence an environment where your nervous system can soften is created! ✨ From there, something beautiful begins to happen. The body remembers what it has always known how to do. It begins to heal.

Healing isn’t something I do to you. It is something your body has been longing to do all along. My role is simply to create the conditions where that wisdom can unfold.

🌹If you’ve been carrying more than your body was ever meant to hold, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Book a consultation through the link in my bio, and together we’ll discover what support feels most nourishing for you. šŸ’—

After weeks of feeling numb, and a bit helpless, I remembered this morning that I have the power to move my energy through intentional movement.

So I popped on my favorite yoga instructor (shout out to THE UNDERBELLYā˜€ļø) and pushed the whole world out as I came inward.

While I was here on the mat, some poses felt foreign, my body tighter than when I was here last. Others felt like an old friend helping me home.

While the heart is holding sadness, longing, and grief, the body wants to help it move.

Yoga was not meant for exercise like the West has labeled it. It is a practice of union. A way to quiet the mind and connect to the deeper intelligence that lives within us and all around us. And somewhere between the breath, the movement, and the stillness, I really did start to feel a little more like me again.🌸

If grief has made a home in your body, consider this your gentle reminder to move in whatever way feels nourishing.

A walk through the woods.
A few stretches on your living room floor.
A yoga class.
A dance in your kitchen.

Lean into the movement that you’re drawn to. The kind that doesn’t feel like work, but like something outside of you is whispering that that’s a good idea.

Because the body will speak to you, and it knows the way home long before the mind does!šŸ’—
