My work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you reconnect with the wisdom that’s already within you.

Sometimes you don’t need someone to tell you what to do.

Through Breathwork healing, I guide you through a powerful somatic experience, using rhythmic breath to quiet the mind, reconnect with your body and your heart, and create space for release, clarity, and a deeper and knowing.

Through Reiki healing, I offer a gentle space to slow down, receive, and restore. Reiki can support you and releasing what feels heavy and inviting greater balance and ease into your body, mind, and spirit.

Thinking of both my momma’s today, knowing their spirits resonate in all of life’s energy as I watch the birds fly, and the leaves dance in the wind. They were strong, independent, beautiful, yet quirky in their own way. I am so grateful for their example of what a woman could be in the world and their gentle shaping of the woman I have become.

Happy Mother’s Day to all you momma’s out there. Whether you have children or not, your presence and your guidance is shaping the next generation. Big love to you all!
