1. We have seen the results of plan-based care. It works.
2. The first session is crucial to get a better understanding of what’s happening in your systems and how we can work together to make those systems work better for you. It won’t solve all your problems.
3. Pain is an indicator. We need to understand where it’s coming from.
4. Every person who walks through our doors will be treated as the unique individual they are. Your routines and habits (or lack thereof) are informative of what’s happening in your body. They are unique to you and so should be your treatment.

Mitzi is back with some more shoveling tips!
🪏 Tackle the top layers first. Less weight and more repetition is better in this case. It’ll make it more manageable and less likely to strain your back.
🪏 Deepen your squat as you get to lower layers.
🪏 Use your whole trunk with your leg extension to assist your arms while tossing the snow.
🪏 Try to use both sides as much as possible.
🪏 Avoid dropping your upper body and rounding your back. Keep your core engaged for support.
