Childrens' minds and attitudes are conditioned by parents, teachers and social enviroment by age 7. We have a little window to help them be more self-aware, kind and confident in their body-mind-speech (5-11 yrs) by using mindful micro-habits practical resources for Parents, Educators and Mentors.
