Still a shop favorite

After holidays with consumption of excess carbohydrates, sweets and alcohol it is very easy to forget to flush our system with water and start getting a UTI or bladder issue. Also common are cystitis and UTI’s after taking antihistamines or antibiotics but I blend herbs I know help me and others- each one has a specific duty From moisturizing internal tissue to helping soothe irritation and inflammation

The herbs I choose:

Dandelion leaf which has a focus on balancing digestive and liver health, this herb is potent diuretic used to flush the bladder and relieve symptoms of uti and cystitis

marshmallow has a softening demulcent effect on irritated mucous membranes of the urinary tract helping to soothe inflamed tissue.

Oat straw and nettles
Their properities include being diruetics, astringents, tonics and reduce inflammation. They help to cleanse the system of bacteria.
A sidenote* nettles are considered a natural antihistamine.

I try to steer clear of refined sugar especially when feeling cystitis coming on. Stevia leaf is a great sweetener. It takes only a pinch of The dried herbs to sweeten a cup of tea. It has been shown to be beneficial to blood pressure as well as having -0- calories abd has even been researched in aiding blood pressure health.

Life‘s Road is always a mystery. We never know what is down there dark path ahead of us that we can only help for strive for wish for and dream about the stars over her head are like the moonlight. It guides us through our ancestors words, memories, and the love we feel in our hearts, but alas, the road is a mystery I had at times we can only put 1 foot in front of the other and stay on course. Follow the little voice in our souls that guide us and have faith that what is ahead is worth a journey traveled.
