🩷We are incredibly grateful to have hosted the book launch for local Cary mom and author, Sherri Fowler, as she shared her beautiful and deeply emotional book, A Life Half Lived.
🩷This powerful story honors the life of her daughter, Monica, and courageously sheds light on the heartbreaking reality of Anorexia Nervosa— not only how it affects the individual suffering, but also the loved ones surrounding them.
🩷This evening was filled with love, vulnerability, remembrance, and connection. It was truly an honor to hold space for such an important conversation and to celebrate Monica’s life in such a meaningful way.
🩷Thank you, Sherri, for your bravery, your openness, and for helping bring greater awareness and understanding to this painful disorder. We are grateful to have been a small part and such a beautiful night.
