Brooke Rowe helps empaths heal emotional wounds, master their energy, develop intuition, awaken their spiritual gifts, and create healthier relationships through empowerment coaching, Reiki, and intuitive guidance. Brooke was dedicated to her own healing journey for approximately 10 years before becoming certified and starting her own holistic practice. Since youth, Brooke also had an interest in

Astrology, Numerology, and anything related to metaphysics. She eventually found Reiki, and after attending numerous Reiki Shares for years, finally felt it was time to take all she had learned and start helping others. She received all of her attunements Reiki I thru Master Teacher Level by Pat Vlach with Channel for Healing in 2018. Continuing her spiritual quest, Brooke became a certified Medium and Spiritual Counselor in 2021 by Delphi University of Spiritual Studies. She uses her intuition, connection to Source, and knowledge of symbolism and esoteric arts to provide spiritual card readings using both Tarot and Oracle card decks. Brooke feels her purpose in life is to help others on their healing journey by connecting them with their own inner guidance system, true nature, and Higher Self. She intends Healing Begins Within will soon offer many more classes and services that most people just starting on their healing or spiritual journey, or already in a dedicated practice, and everything in between, can gain something from. Brooke's passion for helping others has always been an innate quality but she didn't realize her purpose would be to use that gift on such an elevated level until later in adulthood. In high school, she was a socialite and honor student with her goals set high. Her life took a devastating blow after her mother committed suicide in 2006 when Brooke was just turning 22. Her grandmother had died when Brooke was 8, also by suicide, which that piece of information was undisclosed to her until she was much older. After her mom's death, Brooke quickly fell into a downward spiral of drug and alcohol abuse, sexual promiscuity, and unhealthy relationships, while struggling with her own clinical depression. She dabbled in almost every drug out there at the time, but her addiction to pain pills lasted roughly 7 years. She was participating in the Reiki Shares during this time, and she could feel something shift within her after each one. Her once closed-off heart began to open and her perceptions broadened leading to a healthier and positive perspective on numerous topics and life situations. She is now 8 years clean from prescription pills and hasn't drank alcohol in 5 years. By overcoming these tragic hardships and more, Brooke hopes to inspire others and share with them what helped her and continues to do so. Any person seeking a healing practice or self-growth is an ideal client for Brooke. She does, however, hold a special place in her heart for people affected by suicide and those in the mental health/substance use population.
