Maybe pleasure isn’t something you need to chase.

Maybe it’s something you need to let yourself receive..

What if you let yourself want more?

More beauty.
More softness.
More connection.
More adventure.
More sensation.
More joy.

More moments that make you feel completely, deliciously alive.

So often, we make pleasure conditional.

After I finish this.
When things calm down.
When I have more time.
When everyone else is okay.
When I finally deserve it.

But you don't have to earn pleasure.

You are allowed to experience it simply because you are alive.

Sanctuary Retreat is an invitation to lean into that.

To slow down enough to hear what your body is asking for.
To release the roles you're constantly carrying.
To explore what feels nourishing, beautiful, playful, expansive.
To remember that receiving can be just as powerful as giving.

And perhaps most importantly…

Sometimes, people do need a little push.. sometimes, the people who are the most resistant to pull the trigger have the most inspiring / transformative experience.. sometimes, fear comes up when we’re wanting to do something that’s going to be soul nourishing. I find this with myself when I’m making plans to do things I love / for me. Sometimes, the resistance means misalignment and something that isn’t for me.. but, sometimes the anxiety is just excitement.. and I have to step out on the ledge to move past the apprehensions and noise.. and just say yes!

Sometimes, all we need is permission. Here’s yours.. if you’ve been feeling the pull.. I hope you’ll follow it. 🙏✨

Maybe pleasure isn’t something you need to chase.

Maybe it’s something you need to let yourself receive.

The warmth of the sun on your skin.
A long, unhurried morning.
Water surrounding your body.
A delicious meal eaten slowly.
Music that makes you sway.
Laughter that comes from somewhere deep.
A conversation that leaves you feeling seen.
The quiet that arrives when you finally stop trying to be everything for everyone.

What if you let yourself want more?
