Nashville did not disappoint 👢

This was our 1st time at SproutsCon. We weren't sure what to expect but we do know now they put on an exceptional show. The quality of vendors + placement of them were very curated.

We met with our Category Manager of Vitamins + Supplements for our Elderberry Syrups. Happy to report we're going to be on end caps in most stores ( 🙌 ) for Back-to-School 🍎 / Autumn 🍂 season. Complete with Demos + cool recipes for ease of use + educational tid bits of how + why to use etc.

Like for instance. I've been traveling in very busy airports for the last few days. Got stuck in Chicago for hours. Stress is high. Lots of sick people around me sneezing + coughing 🤧 - yuck 🤮. I GUZZLE our Elderberry RESTORE because it's boosting my immune system + nourishing my nervous system. I still have the Target 🎯 meeting + Whole Foods LEAP program pitch slam to get through. There's no way I can get sick right now 🙅‍♀️. Lucky for me, I won't !!

I haven't been to Nashville in years. I forget how vibrant the music 🎶 + good scene is. What a blast !!

Here's a fun recipe to try with kids this summer.

Cookie Monster Ice Cream

🍦🩵💙🩵💙🍦

6 organic bananas 🍌

1 cup organic blueberries 🫐

3 Tbs Elderberry RESTORE syrup 🩵

1 TBL Blue Spirulina 💙

Coconut or Almond milk🥥

Peel and cut bananas into 1-inch pieces and toss with the berries

Freeze until firm 🧊

In a food processor, combine frozen ingredients, elderberry syrup + blue Spirulina.

Mix until smooth, adding almond or coconut milk until a smooth consistency forms.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl,
Return the mixture to the freezer + chill until solidified

Scoop, garnish with organic mini chocolate chip cookies, serve, and enjoy!

At the tail end of tradeshow season. This is #9 of the season. East Winter show casino. It was super cool to be selected for their Innovation Hive ✨️
While I've been heavily focused on the west coast the last year or so, I'm now deeply focused on the east coast. It's where we started + it's where all of our original customers started. I can't wait to get our products on the shelves locally + regionally for all of you 🫶.

Spoke to alot of Mom + Pop shops, Co-ops, regional chains + national retailers at this show. Lots of interest in the New Labels/Mood Beverages. And also the teas 🍵

Landing an account takes months, sometimes years. So many details + hurdles to cover before landing on shelf. Happy to report we just launched TODAY our Teas in 30 stores in the greater Los Angeles area 🙌 + also launched our Elderberry Syrups + Folk Fyres into 70+ stores in the Chicago/Wisconsin/Midwest region in grocery stores 🛒🙌🙌🙌

Many more Retailers launching soon. 🚀

After the show was over, I got to grab a fantastic meal 🏀
I worked there for almost a decade before launching my company. I worked with some of the best people. Many are still there. It's also where I met my other business partner. That's a story for another time✨️
