So, I started a separate page for my Energy Healing.... if you feel inclined, please go and give it a quick 'follow' and invite anyone you feel this resonates with.
Path Back to Her was birthed out of my love for working with Energy to heal and manifest. I had often hid this piece of myself due to not feeling good enough or whatever lies my brain would cook up. But, lately I have felt the call from spirit to push this and step into this version of myself.
I have been working with Energy since I was a little girl. Not ever having any idea of what it was or what I was doing really. It was so authentic and intuition led. Many years later I had discovered that my soul was remembering. Taking me to my healing roots. When I first discovered the term 'Reiki' and went to my first class, I knew instantly my soul was definitely remembering! It was such a Ah-Ha moment... like, holy crap, this is what I've been doing all along... strictly intuition led.
Doesn't life has a funny way of taking you through peaks and valleys, twists and turns, so we can finally BE who we were meant to be??
After years of raising children, going through a divorce, and the trauma that came with starting over, I realized I'd lost myself. Not because there was anything wrong with me, I'd just gotten caught up in other people's storms.
I spent years working with the phases of the moon as a healing modality and to find my way back. Being a student of the Universe and many years of working with energy, chakra systems, and meditation, I slowly found my way back home to myself.
Path Back to Her began as my own path back to my authentic self. Now I'm so excited to share that journey and help others find their way back too.
Through guided journals, healing tools, and 1:1 energy work, this page is a space for anyone who feels stuck, foggy, or just not like themselves, and is ready to come home to who they really are.
