Can we talk about how quickly women blame themselves?
The fatigue shows up.
And we think:
"I need to push harder."
The brain fog starts.
And we think:
"I need to get it together."
The anxiety increases.
The sleep gets worse.
The body becomes more reactive.
And somehow the conversation always comes back to:
"What's wrong with me?"
But what if that's the wrong question?
Because what if your body isn't failing?
What if it's adapting?
I think one of the most heartbreaking things I see is how many women have spent years feeling frustrated with a body that has actually been working incredibly hard for them.
A body that has been compensating.
Adjusting.
Protecting.
Trying to keep them functioning under stress, overwhelm, inflammation, poor recovery, and physiologic burden.
Not because it's broken.
Because it's intelligent.
That's exactly what we're talking about in this week's YouTube video.
🎥 NEW VIDEO:
YOUR BODY ISN'T BROKEN — IT'S ADAPTING
Inside this conversation, we'll explore:
• why the body adapts before it breaks down
• why symptoms are often evidence of compensation
• how cumulative stress changes physiology
• and why understanding adaptation may completely change how you view your symptoms
Because maybe the goal isn't to ask:
"What's wrong with me?"
Maybe the goal is to ask:
"What has my body been adapting to?"
And that question changes everything.
