White Flag Yoga

White Flag Yoga It's about Surrendering~ White Flag Recovery Yoga was born out of Kimberly's own quest for HOLISTIC Recovery and the deep desire to share that with others.

We hold meetings both online on ZOOM and in person weekly. We start with a discussion circle and then we have a breath and movement practice designed to move and release energy and stored tension and dysregulation in the body. Coming back to center over, and over, again in life, is like coming back to the mat, over and over and over. Keeps us honest and true, and on the right path....

Still holding onto Taos Rētreat(ment) ..

The rē-entry is always interesting after cutting the tether from the and touching into the depths of what is truly real, important and vital to our own sustainability.

We keep an online chat going for check ins, musings and perspectives.

We recognize that the journey we take together on a Rētreatment is sacred.

We're all doing fine.. we have tools. We have touched into the center to remember what is real so we can keep on keeping on..
