EXPLORE MPN CLINICAL TRIALS

New treatments for MPNs are being studied every day.

The FREE MPN Clinical Trial Finder from PV Reporter helps you search for trials by your MPN:

🔴 Polycythemia Vera (PV)
🟠 Essential Thrombocythemia (ET)
🔵 Myelofibrosis (MF)

Search by MPN type, location, trial phase, recruitment status or treatment. Trial information comes directly from ClinicalTrials.gov.

Find a study that interests you and discuss it with your hematologist. Once you click on a trial and then "show details," you will see a "Print for Hematologist" button that provides all the key highlights of the trial.

Hematological trajectories and pregnancy complications in essential thrombocythemia and polycythemia vera

Women with essential thrombocythemia (ET) and polycythemia vera (PV) are at increased risk of pregnancy complications. During pregnancy, hematologic parameters tend to approach normal values, and previous studies have reported that a greater decline in platelet counts in ET is associated with reduce...

Silence Therapeutics Announces Positive Topline Results from Phase 2 SANRECO Trial of Divesiran in Polycythemia Vera, Supporting its Potential Best-in-Class Profile

Key Findings (very impressive):

Trial met its primary endpoint, with a significantly higher proportion of clinical responders on divesiran (88%) compared to placebo (19%); placebo-adjusted response rate = 69%

Both divesiran dose groups showed substantial primary endpoint efficacy; 93.8% response rate at Q6W and 81.3% response rate at Q12W

Divesiran was observed to be well tolerated with no new safety findings

Phase 3 PV trial evaluating divesiran Q12W vs. placebo anticipated to initiate in 1H'27

You Look Fine. But You Feel "Off."

Living with essential thrombocythemia (ET) can feel isolating. You may look "fine" while battling fatigue, disrupted sleep, or quiet worry. Raqueal, a busy mom of two, knows that struggle firsthand.

Her story is a reminder that ET is more than numbers on a lab report. Read how she moved from questions to confidence, and find resources to help you feel more prepared.

Being diagnosed with a rare, chronic blood cancer like essential thrombocythemia, or ET, can feel overwhelming and isolating.

NAC May Help Ease Inflammation for MPN Patients: A phase 1/2 Clinical Trial is in progress.

Chronic inflammation is a known driver of MPN progression, and research suggests N-acetylcysteine (NAC) may help lower oxidative stress and reduce thrombotic risk.

A UC Irvine trial led by Dr. Angela Fleischman (NCT05123365) is testing the optimal NAC dose for PV, ET, and MF patients.

As always, talk to your MPN specialist before adding any supplement, especially with blood thinners.

N-acetylcysteine (NAC) supplement shown to have antioxidant & anti-inflammatory properties, it may reduce heart disease risk by preventing oxidative damage.
