Last Friday we celebrated the end of an era. Dr. Bayes’ first employee, Devon Guckes, is moving to Germany with her husband and three children.

Since 2011, Devon has been an integral part of our journey—from The Sports Medicine Institute to Bluetail Medical Group and now Bayes Sports Medicine. Her exceptional patient care and ability to make everyone feel like family helped shape who we are today.

Congratulations, Devon! We can’t wait to see what you do next. 🇩🇪
