I had the pleasure of speaking to over 130 physical therapists with Axes PT at their company meeting last week. Thank you for the opportunity!

My talk was partly to educate our PT partners on orthobiologics. But it also included a case series focusing on how collaborative care leads to an improved patient outcome. Emily Helton, DPT presented her patient that had benefitted from collaborative care between PT and MD teams.

I feel strongly that listening to the patient, being curious, and optimizing inter-professional communication improves outcomes and sets us apart.
