Due to an increase of no-shows and late cancelations, we have updated our no-show/late cancellation policy. Sometimes clients may request longer sessions that the practitioner denies due to back-to-back clients and no-shows/late cancelations are disruptive to not only our schedule but to subsequent clients. We value your time and expect the same in return. Thank you for understanding.

We may ask for a credit card to hold your slot. We will not charge your card until session has been fulfilled and you authorize the payment. If you are a late cancellation or no show, we will verbally inform you of the charge as well as email.
Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and that appointments sometimes need to be changed. To respect the time reserved by our practitioners and ensure appointments remain available to all clients, we require at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please call our office to discuss.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or appointments for which the client fails to appear, shall be considered a late cancellation or no-show and shall be subject to the following fee schedule:
First occurrence: The client will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled session fee.
Second and subsequent occurrences: The client will be charged one hundred percent (100%) of the scheduled session fee. Full prepayment may be required for all future appointments.
Late rescheduling is considered a late cancellation. For example, contacting Zaniya or your practitioner less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment to move the appointment to another date or time will be treated as a late cancellation and will count as an occurrence under this policy, even if the appointment is successfully rescheduled. We understand life circumstances such as illnesses and babysitters cancel so please call our office to discuss.
Each practitioner reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to discontinue scheduling appointments with a client who has multiple late cancellations or no-shows. This may include removing the client from the practitioner’s schedule or requiring payment in full prior to scheduling future appointments.
Zaniya understands that certain circumstances may be beyond a client’s control, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, or inclement weather. Clients are encouraged to contact Zaniya or their practitioner as soon as possible when an unexpected circumstance prevents them from keeping their appointment. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the sole discretion of Zaniya or the treating practitioner.
Thank you for understanding.
