Some people discover energy work later in life. For me… I’ve been doing it since I was a child. I just didn’t know there was a name for it yet.

I’ve always been deeply intuitive, sensitive to energy, and naturally drawn to helping people feel calm, safe, and lighter.

After becoming professionally trained 6 years ago, those abilities only deepened.

What once felt like instinct became a skill I’ve intentionally honed through years of experience helping others on their healing journey, regulate, and reconnect to themselves.
