Today, we invite you to celebrate this REALiving holiday: Relax for 30 Minutes Day. Set aside just half an hour to do something that helps you feel refreshed, recharged, and more like yourself. Take a walk, sit by the water, read a book, listen to music, enjoy a cup of coffee, stretch, meditate, or simply enjoy a little quiet.

At REALiving, we believe that taking care of yourself isn't a reward for getting everything done—it's part of being your BEST.
