“Each year, our Family Aftercare Team hosts Camp Hi Hope for children ages 6–12 who are grieving. It’s a space to play, connect and be with others who understand. At Network for Hope, we believe children who grieve well live well.” — Gretchen Starnes, Family Aftercare Manager

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and for children, it often shows up in ways we don’t always see or understand.

No child, and no family, should navigate loss alone. 💙💚 If you are a donor family navigating grief with children ages 6–12, please email the Aftercare Team at [email protected] if you are interested in sending a child to camp on Aug. 15.

Network for Hope had a fun time with the kids — and Bluey, Michelangelo, Mario, Spider-Man, and Princess Peach! — at the Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) Fun Fest in Letcher County. We're thankful for the opportunity to partner with ARH and support events that bring our communities together.
