Delta Health is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused individual to join our team.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic position with a lot of variety. You will play a critical role in each patient’s care, communication, and overall experience—from the moment they contact our office through every step of their journey with us.

The right person must be exceptional with people, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing direct patient interaction with important administrative responsibilities. Skills can be taught, but energy, attitude, ownership, and a genuine desire to serve others are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

- Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional front-desk experience
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care
- Answering phones and responding to patient questions
- Communicating with patients by phone, text, and email
- Maintaining an organized, professional, and welcoming clinic
- Working closely with providers and team members to keep the patient experience running smoothly
- Identifying needs, solving problems, and taking ownership without waiting to be asked

Schedule (we can be flexible with this)

Monday–Thursday: 4-7:30p
Friday: 3-6pm
Saturday: 9a - 3p
In-person position
