I love it when my clients come in for an appointment and say I've been looking forward to coming to see you and sharing with you….
Often times it's a moment when they are proud of themselves for overcoming something. 
I love hearing and celebrating with them!!! 🎈🎈🎉🎉
First for acknowledging the change. Second that they are proud of themselves. There's nothing wrong with being proud of ourselves. Our heavenly Father is proud of us!
Celebrate your accomplishments. If you don't, it tells your brain it doesn't matter. When actually, it really does matter!!!

This has been my life verse since my early young military wife years. We knew we would have to move at some point. The Anticipation of not knowing when, where,etc. I stood on this verse to get me through the unknowns. This verse has since gotten me through my healing journey. The healing hasn't always been immediate. May you find peace and comfort in waiting on the Lord and finding your strengthen Him!
