An Evening of Authentic Connection - A Women’s Circle at Shvaas Spa

Join us for an intimate women's circle inside the salt cave at Shvaas Spa. A rare hour to set everything down, breathe, and be completely real with a small group of women who are done pretending everything is fine.

This isn't a workshop. It's not a networking event. It's not another thing to add to your calendar that drains you.

It's a full body exhale from the breath you didn't know you were holding.

In one hour together, you'll:
Drop the mask and say what's actually true - in a space that can hold it

Feel the relief of being genuinely seen by women who get it

Reconnect with yourself through guided reflection and embodied practice
