RECALL ALERT FOR PARENTS!

Target has issued a voluntary recall of certain Up & Up Fragrance Free Baby Wipes and Fresh Cucumber Scented Baby Wipes due to potential microbial contamination.

While healthy individuals may experience mild irritation, infants, young children, and those with weakened immune systems may be at greater risk for infection.

If you have these wipes at home:
• Stop using them immediately
• Check your packaging against the recall information
• Return recalled products to Target for a full refund

As always, if your child develops skin irritation, eye irritation, or signs of illness after using a recalled product, contact your pediatrician.

Target is voluntarily recalling Up & Up Fragrance Free and Up & Up Fresh Cucumber Scented Baby Wipes following customer complaints of product discoloration, and FDA testing that identified the presence of Burkholderia cepacia complex and Burkholderia gladioli in product samples.

⚠️ Important Safety Alert for Breastfeeding Families ⚠️

Moringa is a popular herbal supplement often used to help support milk supply, but recent recalls have been issued for certain moringa products due to potential Salmonella contamination.

If you are currently taking a moringa supplement, we encourage you to check the brand and lot information against the latest recall notices and discontinue use of any affected products.

Salmonella infection can cause symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting. Young children, older adults, pregnant individuals, and those with weakened immune systems may be at greater risk for serious illness.

Your health and your baby's health matter. 💚

A Legacy of Pediatric Care🩵💜💚

For nearly 50 years, we've had the privilege of caring for children and families throughout the Midlands.

Our story began with the founding of Sandhills Pediatrics in 1975 and Palmetto Pediatrics in 1978. In 2015, these two trusted practices came together to form South Carolina Pediatric Alliance, uniting decades of experience and a shared commitment to exceptional pediatric care.

Today, we're proud to serve families through 10 convenient locations across the Midlands.

One of the greatest honors of what we do is caring for multiple generations of families. Many of our former patients now bring their own children to us, and some have even joined our team.

Thank you for trusting us with your family's care. We are grateful to be part of your story and look forward to serving our communities for generations to come.
