🏈 ⚽ 🏐 🏃Sports season is here!

Before your child hits the field, court, track, or cheer mat, make sure they’re ready for a safe and successful season with a sports physical from the providers who know them best.

A sports physical with your child’s pediatrician goes beyond simply signing a form. We review their medical history, discuss injury prevention, nutrition and hydration, and make sure your young athlete is healthy and ready to play.

Even better? Sports physicals can be completed during your child’s annual well visit!

📅 Schedule today through the Patient Portal or by calling your SCPA office.

Here’s to a healthy, safe, and fun season! 🏆

August is National Immunization Awareness Month, and it’s the perfect time to make sure your child’s vaccines are up to date. 💙

Vaccines help protect children from serious diseases. They also help protect the people around them, too, including babies who are too young to receive certain vaccines and family members who may be more vulnerable to illness.

From those first important vaccines at birth and 2 months to routine immunizations throughout childhood, staying on schedule gives your child’s immune system the best opportunity to be prepared.

Healthy kids help create healthier communities.

Swipe through our guide to learn more about childhood immunizations and the role vaccines play in protecting your family.

Have questions about your child’s vaccines or whether they’re up to date? Talk with your SCPA pediatrician. We’re here to help.
