Proud to be a graduate of Hon. Senator Ray Miller’s Progressive Leadership Academy, Cycle IV 🙏🏾👏🏾
He was more than a leader to me he was a true brother, mentor, and someone who believed in us. There are lessons he gave us that I still carry today.

What Ray Miller did for this community went far beyond the positions he held or the titles attached to his name. He poured into people, developed leaders, created opportunities, and gave us his legacy while he was still living.

We lost a giant, but his impact lives on through all of us he touched and invested in.

Forever grateful for my brother and mentor, Senator Ray Miller. Now it’s our responsibility to carry the legacy forward. 🙏🏾👏🏾

My deepest condolences to the Ray family, especially his wife, Marty Miller, his son, Ray III, and the entire family, friends, and community.
I am truly sorry for the loss of Senator Ray Miller. We have lost a truly great man, a dedicated public servant, and a mentor who made a lasting impact on so many lives. I am deeply grateful for his guidance, leadership, friendship, and the example he set through his lifelong commitment to public service.

Senator Miller’s legacy will live on through the many people he mentored, the lives he touched, and the community he served with dedication and compassion.

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Ray family and community during this difficult time. May God comfort you, and may his legacy continue to inspire us all.

Puntland’s strength comes from its people standing together. Division and conflict only weaken our communities and create greater challenges for future generations.

We therefore call on all stakeholders to:

Put the unity of Puntland above political differences.
Protect the safety and security of all citizens.
Promote peaceful dialogue and reconciliation.
Respect the rights and dignity of every community.
Work together to build a stable and prosperous Puntland.
Our message is clear: Unity is our priority, peace is our strength, and the safety of our people is our responsibility.

The Puntland Government should lead through dialogue, consultation, reconciliation, and responsible governance. All leaders, elders, communities, youth, and civil society have a role to play in preventing conflict and strengthening unity.

Our priority must be the safety, peace, and future of the people of Puntland, Somalia.
