📋 Important Health Insurance Deadlines Coming Up! 📋
Don't miss these critical dates for your marketplace coverage:
✅ NOW: Update your contact info with the marketplace and your insurer
✅ By December 15: Log into HealthCare.gov to select your 2025 plan or opt out of auto re-enrollment
✅ By December 31: Cancel autopayments through your insurer's website if you don't want to continue your current plan (this prevents unexpected January premium charges)
✅ By January 15: Check if premium tax credits have been extended—this could affect your costs!
⚠️ If you've been auto re-enrolled but want to switch plans, make sure to cancel by December 31 to avoid paying premiums for a plan you don't want.

UHCAN Ohio is looking for passionate volunteers to become Certified Application Counselors and help Ohio families access the health care coverage they need!
Who We Need:
Community members, retirees, and college students in Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati who want to make a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do:
Help families navigate the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicaid, and CHIP enrollment. Complete online training to become certified, then use your skills to guide people through the enrollment process with compassion and care.
Why Volunteer?

✅ Flexible hours (weekends a plus!)
