Today, October 9, is the last day to register for DSACO's Fall Fun Meetup!

Celebrate the fall season with DSACO at a festive meetup! To make it easier for families across DSACO’s service area, this event will be hosted at three convenient locations: Van Buren Acres, Lehner’s Pumpkin Farm, and Libby’s Pumpkin Patch.

Get lost in a corn maze, explore sunflower fields, and enjoy all the fall festivities at the location of your choosing while spending time with other DSACO families. We look forward to seeing you!

October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month, and we're excited to share some weekly facts as we celebrate and advocate this month.

October gives us another opportunity to shine a light on the unique abilities and achievements of people with Down syndrome, while also working to challenge outdated perceptions and eliminate barriers.

This month, we’re reminded that inclusion happens in everyday moments, from classrooms and workplaces to neighborhoods and social spaces. It means challenging outdated perceptions, creating meaningful opportunities, and making sure people with Down syndrome are seen for who they are and what they bring to their communities.

This webinar will explore Nationwide Children's approach to serving the Down syndrome community, current clinical guidance, and coordination across specialties. We’ll also look at broader efforts to improve healthcare access and outcomes for people with Down syndrome, including the National Down Syndrome Society's CARE DS initiative.
