We want to hear from you about the health needs, challenges, and priorities that matter most in our communities.

Sessions are organized by community group to help guide conversations around unique needs and experiences, but you are welcome to attend ANY session that fits your schedule!

With heartfelt gratitude, CCMC Health System shares that Dr. Sydney Deal will be stepping away from her current position at CCMC, with her last day providing clinic care on December 11, 2026.

For the past seven years, Dr. Deal has been much more than a physician to our organization and community. She has cared for countless patients and families with compassion, dedication, and a genuine heart for the people she serves. We are incredibly grateful for the difference she has made and the relationships she has built along the way.

At this stage in her life, Dr. Deal has made the difficult decision to create more time and space for what matters most—her family. While she will be stepping away from daily clinic care, Dr. Deal will continue to take hospital call and remain part of the CCMC medical team.

CCMC is committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for Dr. Deal’s patients, and additional information regarding continuity of care will be shared as we get closer to December.

Please join us in thanking Dr. Deal for her years of exceptional care and service to our community and in wishing her and her family all the very best in this next chapter.

Dr. Deal, you will always be part of the CCMC family.
