This Friday, July 10th at 6:30pm, we’re welcoming Domenic and Aimee of Open Hands Kirtan for an evening of call-and-response chanting, live music, and pure heart-opening magic.

This is Bhakti Yoga in its most joyful form — no experience needed, no perfect voice required. Just show up with curiosity and an open heart.

We’ll explore the meaning behind the mantras, get grounded in rhythm, and let group chanting do what it does best: quiet the mind and open the chest.

If you’ve never tried Kirtan, this is the one. If you have, you already know why we’re excited. 💛

Somatic Release Breathwork™ with Samara of is happening this Friday, June 12th at 6:30 p.m.

This is a ceremonial breathwork experience that works with your nervous system to release stuck emotions, old stories, and the weight of what you’ve been carrying. Using circular connected breathing and rhythmic music, it facilitates cathartic release — shaking, crying, laughing — whatever your body needs.
