Lake County Homeland Security / EMA has activated a disaster damage reporting form for residents affected by the recent storms.

If your home or property sustained damage, please report it by visiting in211.org and clicking on “Damage Reporting.”

Residents without internet access can report damage by calling:
📞 2-1-1 or 866-211-9966
🕗 Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Reporting storm damage helps local and state agencies assess the overall impact of the disaster and determine what resources may be available to assist affected communities.

Please continue to use caution around downed power lines, damaged structures, and debris as cleanup efforts continue throughout the area.

The Hobart Fire Department appreciates everyone’s patience and cooperation as recovery efforts continue. Stay safe, Hobart.
