Hi! I’m Rochelle 👋
It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself here — and, if I’m being completely transparent, it’s also been a while since I’ve been very consistent on social media. 😂 So I thought I’d start again with a little bit about me and the story behind Silicon Beach Acupuncture & Wellness.
I’m an acupuncturist and the owner of this little wellness space in Playa Vista.
I opened Silicon Beach Acupuncture & Wellness because I wanted to create the kind of practice I would want to walk into myself — warm, personal and comfortable, where people feel genuinely cared for and never like they’re just the next appointment on the schedule.
Over the years, the clinic has grown and evolved along with me. What started as an acupuncture practice has become a space where we help people through pain and injuries, stress and anxiety, fertility and women’s health, and all of those times when your body just doesn’t quite feel like itself. We’ve also grown to offer therapeutic massage, which has become such an important part of what we do here.
One thing that hasn’t changed is how much I love getting to know my patients. I’ve treated some people for years, watched families grow, heard about new jobs, babies, heartbreaks, vacations and everything in between. That relationship is still one of my favorite parts of this work.
So, after being a little too quiet over here, I’m bringing this page back to life. I’ll be sharing more about acupuncture, the things I treat every day, what we’re doing in the clinic, wellness tips, massage, and probably a little real life along the way.
