This week someone told me she had not slept through the night in two years.

She came in for a 60-minute Reiki session, skeptical, exhausted, not sure what to expect.

She slept nine hours that night.

It was such a joy to offer Access Bars® sessions and create a space for employees to pause, relax, recharge, and experience a little mental clarity amidst their busy schedules. Watching people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more refreshed is always a gift.

There is one called "Aging." One called "Money." One called "Sadness." One called "Joy."

I want to tell you something about Reiki that most people do not know.

It is not one thing.

When people hear "Reiki," they often picture a single practice, something vague and gentle, maybe a little mystical. But Reiki is a lineage. And within that lineage there are levels of energy, depth, and vibration that are genuinely distinct from each other.

Here at Source to Soul Reiki, every session is held in Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki®, and that matters.

Holy Fire® III is a higher-frequency form of Reiki energy developed by the International Center for Reiki Training. Clients and students who have experienced both traditional Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® consistently describe Holy Fire® as more refined, more loving, and more continuous in its effect. It does not require the practitioner to direct the energy, it knows where to go.

Karuna Reiki® adds eight additional symbols to the practice, symbols specifically designed for deep healing at the emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. Karuna means "compassionate action" in Sanskrit. Every session held in this lineage carries that intention.

This weekend was about so much more than earning a certification. It was about awakening to their own light, remembering their innate gifts, and discovering the profound healing power that already lives within them.

I am deeply honored and grateful to have been their guide on this part of the journey. Watching each of them grow, heal, connect, and step into their power is one of the greatest joys of my work.
