I deeply despise that it has come to this, but due to several recent instances, I will be initiating a late cancellation/ “no -show” fee.

If a client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled visit or is not home when I arrive, I will not re-schedule unless a %50 fee is paid.

I understand that life is busy and things come up that are out of our control, so I hope that you all understand that this is my full-time source of income and I can no longer cover my lost time and money.

I am starting a waitlist for new clients. If you are interested, please send me a message with your name, phone number, and location.

Please understand that new clients will be added to my client list based off of my availability and location.

‼️ CALENDAR MALFUNCTION ‼️

I was made aware yesterday that my business email account was malfunctioning… in turn, any update I made to my calendar since January 2 has been lost 😭

I shuffled thru messenger, call history, texts, & emails to try to get everyone re-scheduled, however, I still have a list of 20+ clients to get in touch with to confirm our scheduled appointments!

Please feel free to reach out to me to ensure we’re all back on the same page. Also note, I have changed around how I setup my calendar to ensure it’s backed up even if my email tries to sabotage me again!
