I rarely take pictures in my yoga classes because there is something vulnerable and sacred about the space and the practice. There is a deep respect I have for anyone who shows up to do the work and so I honor their privacy unless they otherwise want me to share.

I spent some time on my porch Sunday with more watercolor. I sure am enjoying this practice. I have lots of personal insights to share on this.

Karen and I are advertising our next watercolor class series tomorrow. This is the same one we are currently doing. Just repeating it so more can learn and experience.

Some of the best conversations of my life have happened in the space of the studio. 
wisdom and insight are often shared with one another after practice. 
 It’s the alchemy of yoga...the breath, the movement, self examination, meditation and prayer. 
After class, your mind, body, and heart are more open.
after class, I have connected deeply with so many.
They share. I share.
And in doing so we connect.
Connection creates safety and healing for so many.
It is one of the greatest gifts  as humans and a need we all share. 
 Some of the best relationships of my life have developed through conversations after class in the studio entry. 
So here is your invitation...
Come for the yoga, and consider staying for the conversation.
