Interested in starting a career in healthcare? Adams Health is offering a FREE CNA training program for motivated individuals who want to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and join the Adams Health team!

With a 1-year employment commitment after certification, Adams Health will cover your course costs, pay you while you train, cover the cost of your CNA certification exam and increase your pay as you complete each step.

💰 $16/hour after passing the CNA exam
💰 Eligible for a $6,000 sign-on bonus, depending on FTE
📅 Course begins November 30, 2026

Students will complete 30 hours of classroom instruction and 45 hours of clinical training.

Must be 16 years or older to participate.
