I still can’t believe I’m typing this…

Brains & Beauty Therapeutics® is officially a federally registered trademark! 🥹✨

What started as an idea and a whole lot of faith has grown into a brand that’s now protected. Whew… God has been so good.

This isn’t just paperwork to me. It’s another reminder that every long day, every late night, every risk, every prayer, and every client who trusted me was worth it.

And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Business & Trademark Attorney | Activated Law 💛 Thank you for the entire trademark process and making it all possible! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to help protect this brand.

Wellness is more than caring for the body. It’s also caring for the mind.

As a wellness professional, it was an honor to participate in this powerful Men’s Mental Health Month panel”Don’t Crash Out” hosted by Djuan Hart. The conversation reminded us that mental wellness deserves the same attention as physical wellness.

We discussed recognizing triggers, understanding what mental health truly is, distinguishing between mental health and a mental health diagnosis, creating wellness plans, and the importance of having a strong support system.

At Brains & Beauty Therapeutics, we believe healing is holistic. Stress, anxiety, trauma, and emotional exhaustion often show up in the body long before we acknowledge them in the mind. Through intentional self care, restorative wellness services, and open conversations, we can create healthier individuals and stronger communities.

Thank you to everyone who continues to advocate for breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity.

That is why I created the Beauty, Wellness & Self Care Academy through Brains & Beauty Therapeutics.

This hands on summer enrichment experience introduces youth to skincare, wellness, entrepreneurship, professionalism, and career exploration while teaching healthy habits that can last a lifetime.

As a science educator, licensed esthetician, licensed massage therapist, and youth advocate, I believe every young person deserves access to programs that help them discover their strengths and envision their future.

Now booking summer camps, schools, churches, and youth organizations throughout Metro Atlanta.

Together, we can create experiences that educate, empower, and inspire the next generation.
