About Reflektions Ltd.:
Reflektions Ltd. is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered support that helps individuals with developmental disabilities live independent, meaningful lives.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

Provide hands-on support with daily living (hygiene, meals, housekeeping)
Support individuals in the community (appointments, activities, outings)
Help individuals build independence and life skills
Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
Follow individualized care plans and document services provided

⚠ Reality of the Role
This position includes:

Personal care (including bathing, toileting, hygiene)
Working nights and weekends, regularly
Supporting individuals through challenging behaviors

Basic Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check (required in Ohio DSP roles)
Willingness to complete required training (CPR/First Aid, DSP training)
