Not everything in aesthetics is worth your money. Here's what we would skip.
Radiofrequency microneedling. Traditional microneedling creates more precise, controlled channels for real collagen stimulation. You don't need the extra RF cost to get there.
Kybella. It has its place for very specific cases, but for most people wanting real change, surgery is the optimal solution.
PDO facial threads. They are marketed as a lift, but they don't actually lift tissue the way that people expect. You end up paying for a result that doesn't hold up.
DIY Botox. You never know where the product actually came from or what's really in it, and you don't have the training to use it safely. This one isn't about value. It's about safety.
Over-the-counter lightening creams. They are not as effective. Medical-grade formulas use higher concentrations of active ingredients, which is why they actually work on pigmentation.
