This beautiful patient came in ready to invest in herself. She was new to Botox and fillers and just wanting to feel a little more refreshed. While filler is a wonderful tool for facial anti-aging— it doesn’t “LIFT” or replace a surgical face or neck lift. Only a surgical face/neck lift can lift lax tissues and remove excess skin.

Fillers replace lost or missing facial volume and can provide balance. However, fillers do not “lift” or remove excess or loose skin. We are always transparent with our patients about what treatment(s) would best serve you. In some cases, it’s not filler or botox that you would benefit from. We don’t want to steer you down a path of spending thousands on botox and fillers if it would not benefit you. While we don’t perform surgery, we’d be happy to refer you a surgeon who can best help.
