We offer private Pilates reformer instruction, personal training, massage therapy and yoga in your home and in the Denver Metro. After teaching Pilates for 14 years Tara Ritchie founded Pilates Vitale in 2017. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Massage Therapist. She teaches therapeutic Pilates for those who have had injuries or high-intensity fitness for those ready to t

ake their body to the next level. She believes that Pilates is the best way to achieve grace in your body without having to endure the years of dance choreography classes and performances that she did. With her unique style, she will create a perfect balance of strength and flexibility to fit the needs of her clients. Tara grew up skiing and weight training with her parents in Boulder, Colorado and Taos, New Mexico. As a result, she developed a passion and knowledge for the fitness industry that continues to motivate her to instill a healthier and active lifestyle in everyone she meets. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Hamline University.

So many people coughing without a mask in August when school starts and every body’s been travelling. Last year my daughter took 4 out of 10 days in August out sick. Not again!!!!!

Switch Gears Farms local to Colorado. With climate change this is all that’s gonna be available in a couple years. No food from Mexico. no food from China. So switch here now. It’s worth it. Buy locally and have up to 90% more nutrients in your food. You think it’s expensive? Try cancer. Try losing your grandmother when you’re a year-old like I did. Not worth it. The grandmother relationship that my daughter has is the most precious thing in my life.
