So excited to announce a new weekly class coming this June. Body Balance - a beautiful blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi.
This training has stretched me in new ways (physically and mentally!) and reminded me what it feels like to be a student again. Learning, growing, making mistakes, and showing up anyway.
