📣 New FDA Approval for the Neuroendocrine Cancer Community

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved BRAVNETSA™ (lutetium Lu-177 dotatate) injection for the treatment of adults with somatostatin receptor-positive gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (SSTR-positive GEP-NETs), including foregut, midgut, and hindgut NETs.

BRAVNETSA offers another treatment option for patients and families navigating neuroendocrine tumors.

The FDA has approved BEXLUTRY™ (lutetium Lu 177 dotatate injection) from Curium for adults with somatostatin receptor-positive gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, also known as SSTR-positive GEP-NETs.

BEXLUTRY is a radioligand therapy designed to bind to somatostatin receptors commonly found on GEP-NETs and deliver targeted radiation to tumor cells. This approval adds another FDA-approved treatment option for eligible adults with foregut, midgut, and hindgut neuroendocrine tumors.

Research Opportunity: Carcinoid Syndrome

Adults in the United States who are living with carcinoid syndrome may be eligible to participate in a reimbursed, non-promotional market research study conducted by LDA Research Ltd, an independent healthcare market research company.

The study aims to better understand patient experiences with carcinoid syndrome, including the patient journey, treatment experiences, symptom management, and the day-to-day impact of living with the condition.

Participation may include either:

• A 60-minute online interview with a $100 honorarium
• A 2-hour online focus group with a $200 honorarium

Participation is voluntary, and responses will remain confidential and anonymous.
