Harvard tracked nearly 150,000 adults for three decades.

They wanted to know exactly how much strength training it takes to actually extend your life.

The answer: 90 to 120 minutes a week.

That's it. Squats, pushups, lunges, weights. 90-120 minutes, total, spread across the week.

People who hit that range had:
→ 13% lower risk of death from any cause
→ 19% lower risk of dying from heart disease
→ 27% lower risk of dying from neurological disease, including Alzheimer's

Best ROI in history.

And here's the kicker: training MORE than 120 minutes a week didn't add any extra benefit.

No bonus points for living in the gym.

This is exactly why we built First Guess Fitness the way we did. 2-3 sessions a week. Coached properly. People around you who keep you accountable and make it fun.

That's the dose. Not more. Not less.

You don't need to live in a gym. You need 90 minutes a week, done right, for the rest of your life.

Roughly 90-120 minutes of strength training per week was linked with a 13% reduced risk of premature death, a study found.
