What "should" an Innate Healing session look like?

Sometimes I get feedback like:
"Wild things happened during my other sessions, and this one was really quiet. Did we 'do enough?'"

Yes!

Sometimes our healing work looks super sexy.
The process is exciting.
We have an earth-shattering epiphany.
Then out in real life,
we experience measurably dramatic shifts,
like when we remodel a room in our house.

Other times are more quiet.
Maybe it's a lot more teaching/philosophy/exploration.
That's like when we make structural repairs to our home.
It's far less flashy looking than a new kitchen.
But are these sessions any less impactful?

Nope!

These moments can actually be more important
than the dramatic ones.

I mean, what's the point of redoing the bathroom
if the house is sliding off its foundation? 😉
