Congratulations to our newest Access Bars® Practitioners!

Mariah, Natalie, Christine, Mandy, Candice, Anastasia, and Ashley.

What if allowing others their point of view could set you free too? Today's class explored allowance — for others and for ourselves — and what becomes possible when we let go of self-judgment and stop looking outside ourselves for the answers we already carry within.

We also celebrated our superpowers — the things that come so easily to us, and not so easily to others — and acknowledged the unique capacities and gifts each person in the room brings to the world.

This class was such a gift. Every one of these ladies brought her own unique essence and warmth, and together it was a beautiful co-creation. This group looked very different by the end of the day than when they arrived, and I can't wait to see what they create next.

Congratulations to Louise, Sharon, and Cortney on completing Holy Fire® Reiki 1 today!
Each of these women showed up carrying something different, and by the end of the day, watching them turn on their inner knowing and trust what they were sensing was such a gift to witness.
There was no judgment in the room today, only acknowledging each other and going deeper in an inner journey together. That kind of space is rare, and it made all the difference in how far we could explore.
Louise, Sharon, and Courtney, thank you for the ease, the openness, and the willingness to play with energy in ways that surprised even you. This class felt like such a sacred space and I am in gratitude that we created that together.

I had been asking for more joy and more authenticity in my life and this was not what I had in mind. I spilled water all over my lap on the way to see a client today. We laughed. Joy. I got to show up being me regardless of what I looked like. Authenticity.

Here's the thing: I speak to this all the time in classes I teach. On our worst, messiest, most unglamorous day — we are still a contribution.

Showing up messy IS showing up real. It's not staged, it's not filtered, it's not "together" — and that's exactly the point.
What if the mess doesn't disqualify you from being a gift?

When we stop requiring all our ducks to be in a row before we let ourselves be seen, that ease starts to show up everywhere else in life too.

You don't have to have it together to be a contribution. You just have to show up.

There was a time I would overthink every photo. How do I look, is this my good angle, am I showing up "right"? So much energy spent curating instead of just... being there.
This one's different. Waterfall behind me, my son's little stuffed friend in hand, cap slightly crooked — I wasn't performing a version of myself. I was just the energy of the moment. No filter on how I felt, no judgment on how I looked.
Isn't it wild how much lighter we feel when we stop editing ourselves in real time?
