Every ending is a beautiful invitation for a new beginning.

On June 20th, I'm facilitating my final Access Energetic Facelift™ Certification Class — and I want to make sure anyone who's been curious about this work gets one last chance to experience it.

Here's what a day in this class actually gives you:

You'll learn a hands-on energetic technique that gently invites the face, neck, and body to soften, restore, and release — not through product or procedure, but through the energy of presence and touch.

You'll give and receive full sessions with classmates, so you feel it working in your own body, not just learn it conceptually. You'll walk away certified and ready to offer this to clients, loved ones, or yourself.

You'll spend a full day in what so many past students have called "an energetic spa day" — deeply restorative, quietly transformative, and honestly unlike anything else I've seen people experience in a one-day class.

The Facelift™ works with the body's own intelligence. People often notice their face looks different after a single session — lighter, more open — but what tends to surprise them more is the lack of judgement in self image.

I've loved facilitating this course, which is exactly why I'm choosing to close this chapter intentionally. I'm retiring this class to open space for new offerings that are already taking shape — and I want to honor this one fully before I do.

One of my favorite tools from Access Consciousness for changing your financial reality is the 10% Honoring You Account.

The tool is simple: For every dollar that comes in, you set aside 10% for you. Not for bills, not for the kids, not for a rainy day—but as an honor to yourself and your life. This tells the universe that you are willing to HAVE money, not just spend it.

Every judgment you have of yourself is a wall you build that keeps out the very things you desire to receive. When we judge ourselves, we are trying to fit into a "right" way of being, rather than embracing the glorious, authentic messiness of who we actually are.

Question: "What would my life be like in 5 years if I stopped judging myself today?"

What if you were the greatest contribution to the world just by being you? Not the "perfect" you, but the real, authentic, un-edited you.

What if money wasn't something you had to "work hard" to create, but something you could generate with ease? 💸✨

In our world, we’re often taught that creation requires matter, energy, space, and time—the "hard work" cycle. But generation is different. Generation is the energy that brings things into existence instantaneously because you are in alignment with the flow of the universe.

Today, try asking: "What energy, space, consciousness, and choice can I and my body be to generate more money than I could ever spend, with total ease?"

Don't look for an answer. Just notice how your energy shifts when you stop trying to "make" it happen and start allowing it to show up.

My sweet nephew picked me flowers this week. So thoughtful. So loving. So... from the garden I just planted two days ago. 😅
In Access Consciousness® we talk a lot about point of view — how our POV creates our reality, not the other way around.
I had a split second to choose: frustration or joy?
I chose to step into his reality for a moment. In his world, he saw something beautiful and wanted to share it with someone he loves. That's not destruction — that's generosity in its purest form.
And when I landed there, in his point of view? The whole story changed.
Now my kitchen has the most vibrant orange blooms I've ever seen, living in the sweetest little fairy vase. 🧡🧚🏻‍♀️
