🌟 Team Spotlight: Sarah 🌟
Meet Sarah, one of our fantastic Orthopaedic Surgical Assistants at Dubuque Orthopaedic Surgeons!
Sarah is an essential part of our surgical team, working side-by-side with our surgeons in the OR. She understands each provider’s preferences and helps ensure every procedure flows efficiently. From setting up specialized instruments and maintaining a sterile field to assisting during surgery and handling implants, Sarah helps deliver safe, high-quality care every day.
She’s also one of the friendly faces leading our Joint Camp orientation classes, helping patients feel prepared and confident before surgery.
Around the office, Sarah is known for always having a great joke ready, bringing smiles and laughter to patients and coworkers alike. 😊
✨ Fun Facts:
• Loves to bake—and makes some seriously amazing sourdough bread 🍞
• Enjoys spending quality time with her family 💙
